MOTIVATE ME! MONDAY

"I have been doing the Lifetime Wellness Challenge since last May. I am almost done with my third challenge. I have lost 25 inches and about 17 pounds so far. But better than that, I feel so much better. I have way more energy, my back doesn't hurt and I am way more active with my kids. This has also been an incredible journey of building relationships with friends, old and new and of self-discovery. I have learned a lot about myself and how I deal with my emotions. I am so thankful to Dianne and Valerie for starting this up and giving people healthy and doable options for getting healthy. This is definitely not some lose-weight quick scheme, but more of making healthy lifestyle changes that will actually help you keep the weight off and stay in shape for as long as you want to, hopefully forever! This pic is from the start of my first challenge, start of my second and start of my third.
