When You Feel Like Quitting

When feeling overwhelmed, it can be so tempting to just say "to heck with it" and want to walk away but resist that feeling!  You started this journey to better health for a reason.  That reason hasn't gone away.  The trials and stumbling blocks of life aren't going away either, so set yourself up for success by sticking to the path you're on.  You may need to reassess your goals or try a slightly different approach, but don't quit! 

Imagine how good you'll feel in another month when you know you've continued to try.  You can reach any goal you work for.  You can accomplish amazing things in your life.  You are worth every effort you make!
