WEEK 3 NEW YEAR CHALLENGE RESULTS

It was another great week for our New Year "New You" Challengers!  So many of you are facing tough circumstances and yet, here you are making your HEALTH a priority.  You make us so proud and you should be proud of yourself, too!  Wherever you may be in your journey to improved health, don't wait to give kudos where kudos are due.  Each effort, each mistake, each time you pick yourself up and make another attempt show's that you are TRYING and it should be recognized.  

Just a few reminders for this week:
1.  Slow and steady keeps you on the road to real change!!!  Don't get sucked into the lies about fast weight loss.  Fast does NOT mean better.  Believe me.  We know that slow and steady is not what sells, quick fixes sell.  Unfortunately quick fixes don't work long-term, it only perpetuates a negative cycle that can lead to depression.  Don't go there!  Develop healthy habits over the long-term and you'll be amazed at what you can accomplish when you break that negative cycle.

2.  We are here for you!  If you are struggling to overcome a plateau, if you're feeling less than stellar support from your team, if you're in need of a "pick me up", if you just can't contain yourself and you've just got to share a success with someone please know that you can contact us!  We want nothing more than for you to be successful, so don't be afraid to reach out.  Valerie and I love helping!!
