Best weight loss plan:  Forget the plan, and LOVE YOUR BODY
How have I never realized that "I" am the beholder?  So simple and so true.  I really think that the best weight loss plan for me is to forget the plan and learn to love my body now...as is.  The rest will take care of itself.
