I've spent too many years obsessing about my size and what I need to do to lose weight.  Lifetime Wellness Challenge has helped me realize that even if I'm not a size 2, I can feel better and be stronger just by making healthy habits a part of my everyday life.  You don't have to go to extremes and you don't have to be at your goal weight to feel good.  Don't focus on the end goal alone.  Rethink your idea of what makes you happy and find joy in the journey!
