The last 8 weeks have been challenging. I lost a total of 5.8 lbs. I wanted to get to 125 but realize even though I'm working out a lot, diet diet diet is so important. I did lose 7.5 inches total, mostly around my thighs, I was actually pretty surprised, but I think with all the cardio and weights plus TRX my chub was replaced with some muscle, which I'm pretty excited about.
