The Spring for Fitness Challenge is quickly coming to a close. Can you believe we only have just under 2 weeks left?!? Now is NOT the time to say, "Oh, I'll just float the final two weeks and try again next time". Don't let yourself go there! If you fell off the wagon last week or even 3 weeks ago. Start again NOW! Don't wait until next challenge, don't even wait until tomorrow. Decide now that your health is important enough to take a stand for today. Whew...sorry. I just had to get that out there. Moving on...
Looking at the points submitted on Monday, I could tell that MANY of you took Valerie's words to heart about sweets and made some great efforts to get those back in check. I want to send out a big KUDOS to all those who really tried! Those are not the easiest points to earn (in fact, for most they are quite difficult) so I want you to all to know that though no one else may know, we noticed and we're proud of you!!
Lastly, we would like to announce the opening of registration for the Simple Summer Shape Up Challenge.
We understand that many of you will be traveling this summer with vacations, reunions, partying and all kinds of fun, exciting adventures. We also understand that the busy schedules of summer can wreak havoc on a healthy lifestyle. We want to help you keep up the momentum of creating healthy habits without adding extra stress, so we are simpliflying the rules for this challenge. There will be no weekly bonuses or tie breaker bonuses to work around as you're laying on a beach in Cancun or hiking the trails of the Rocky Mountains. But, don't worry, we will still provide all the basics of accountability and support you expect from Lifetime Wellness Challenge. Be sure to check out the links for all the details.
