Hey Everyone! Today is Day 1 of the 2015 Summer Shape Up Challenge. Be sure to check out the video below for this week's tips.
Here's a quick summary of the suggestions from the video.
1. No points to submit today just be sure to weigh, measure and record in your spreadsheets.
2. We encourage you to download the workbook and start filling it out. It may not earn you points but is an excellent resource for making a plan and setting goals for the next 8 weeks. You do NOT want to miss out on this. Check the Resources dropdown menu for your competition's downloads. Remember, you must be logged in first.
3. Complete the Fit Test and take pictures. Again, it may not earn you points this round, but it will be worth seeing your progress after 8 weeks!
