As the saying goes, slow and steady wins the race.This is the last week of my 3rd time doing Lifetime Wellness Challenge. I sometimes feel like I'm not making enough progress, but then I stop and think about where I was a few short months ago. When I started I was in the worst shape I have ever been in. When I weighed in on Monday I was down 22 lbs from the starting weight of my 1st challenge. I haven't weighed this much since before my last 2 kids were born. It has been slow going, but more importantly I feel so much stronger and healthier. Now to whittle away the remaining 24 lbs, and continue to work on making new habits a part of who I am.-Darcy H.
