"I am a big soda drinker. I use to drink between 4-5 sodas a day. When I started this challenge I knew I was going to have a problem cutting soda out. I am actually down to no more than one soda a day (if that). Sometimes I can go a day or two without one. This is a huge step for me and I feel very accomplished."
"Before I started the challenge, my favorite food was definitley peanut butter. Almost every day I had a piece of bread with peanut butter on it. When I started the challenge I decided to cut it out. Since then I don't eat as much bread and I eat healthier snacks instead. Im trying to break my habits of eating fatty foods and replace them with healthier options!"
