With one fitness challenge ending and another set to begin shortly, it's a great time to contemplate on the progress you have made. Hopefully you met your goals, but even if you didn't, you are most likely healthier now than you were before you joined an LWC fitness challenge. Be proud of the things you DID...and then keep doing them!
