Love your body

It's sad how much pressure that we put on ourselves to be perfect, when perfection is literally unattainable.  This is a hard one for me.  I know in my head that I am good enough just exactly as I am...and I'm doing everything I can to believe it in my heart.  Do you have this mastered?
