Anyone else have a REALLY difficult time making it through the December calendar of work parties, family feasting festivities and Christmas break leftovers without losing momentum in your health goals? When I let myself flounder I finish up the year feeling defeated. Well, I feel that way UNLESS ... I participate in a LWC Challenge. Which is why I'm so excited. I took this last challenge off and it's been bad news! It's so easy to just slip into old habits without the accountability and support of those who are striving to reach similar goals! I miss competing with YOU!
To combat the December devastation, Valerie and I, have put together a low-stress MINI CHALLENGE to keep us all on track. It’s a 4-WEEK challenge of just the basics. We’ll focus on exercise, limiting (but not restricting) sweets, filling up on nutritious fruits/veggies and hydration and most of all SUPPORT. We know how important it is to be able to look back at the year and be able to say, “I DID THIS & I CAN KEEP GOING!”
