Motivate Me! Monday

Looking back at these last 8 weeks I am really proud of myself because of the example I now set for my daughters.
 I used to have a sweet after every meal and throughout the day, vegetables were not part of my daily diet, and worse of all my daughters would see and copy these habits. Before the challenge one daughter would make a face at vegetables and ignore that part of her plate. After seeing me eat bowls of peas, corn, broccoli, and mixed vegetables she has finally started eating them too. I am so happy when I now prepare more than one serving of vegetables for myself because I know that my daughters will want to snack with me. I am a lot more aware of how my eating habits transfer to my children and husband and cannot wait to help us be a healthier family. Thank you for this challenge-hard but so worth it.
