IT'S GIVEAWAY TIME!! We love the opportunity to give back to our amazing challengers and are excited to announce the first of FOUR weekly giveaways for the current Healthy Holidays Challenge participants. You are all working so hard and we want to provide some EXTRA incentive to push just a little harder during the second half. Each week, we will announce the requirements for how to get your name entered into our weekly drawing. We decide these requirements on a weekly basis as we see which habits you might be struggling with the most. This week, we're focusing on SWEETS. If your house is anything like mine right now, there are buckets of Halloween candy lying around and little people gorging themselves on sweet after sweet. I've done really good so far since I wanted to earn all my bonus points from last week, but I know I'm going to be tempted by those Butterfinger and Heath bars that my kids are saving to pay their "mom tax." If you're looking for a reason to stick to the sweets habit this week, we're giving it to you...the only requirement to be entered into this week's drawing is to earn ALL your Week 5 sweets points. You can do this! We believe in you and want to see you succeed. So, no over-indulging in the Twizzlers and Tootsie Rolls. Save your sweets for something REALLY worth it and stay on track with your goals at the same time. We're cheering for you!
