Healthy Habits Become Second Nature

As you all know, losing weight is GREAT (no-brainer, right??), but Lifetime Wellness Challenge is not JUST about weight loss.  Our number one goal is to help participants live healthier lives whether the scale is involved or not, so when we receive "Share Your Success" emails like this one from Janette, Fall Fit Challenger, it makes us REALLY happy and so proud that she has discovered there are rewards and successes that are bigger and more exciting than just losing weight!

"I have been doing the wellness challenge off and on for a couple of years.  I really like that I can customize everything (diet, exercise, goals) according to my ability.  I have a few health challenges, but I can still work at being more fit and taking the best care of my body as I can.  I have had success!  I am not losing weight as quickly as I keep thinking I can, but the weight is coming off slowly and surely.  On this challenge, I have lost 8.5 pounds.  Over the last three challenges, I have lost 23.5 pounds and they are staying off.  It is so exciting when my clothes become baggy on me.  I feel like the healthy habits I am practicing are becoming second nature so I can continue to take good care of myself.  Thanks for all your help."  - Janette
