This is what this fitness challenge is all about people! Is it great to lose weight? Of course! But let's not forget how very important it is to improve your overall health. That includes your emotional health as well. In fact, I believe that our emotional health is directly related to our physical health. The two work hand in hand. If you don't take care of yourself physically, your emotional health will suffer. If you don't take care of yourself emotionally, your physical health suffers.
