Finding Success

Last week we received an email from Margaret T. of Fit Sisters.  She shared what she considers her “biggest success”.

“My biggest success!  I feel in control.  I can say, ‘Yes’.  I can say ‘No’.  Food doesn’t control me, I control it.  I can decide to eat moderate portions and stick to that decision.  Treats no longer call my name and drive me crazy.  I love it.  I love this feeling.  And it comes form being focused and vigilant.  Thank you for such a great vehicle!”

I just want to say ‘Thank YOU, Margaret!” for sharing your thoughts with us.  You are absolutely right.  Feeling in control of your decisions is TOTAL SUCCESS!!  We don’t have to become subject to our cravings, we get to call the shots every single day.  I think there are many times that we can get caught up in the scale or the measuring tape and we forget that it’s our daily decisions that dictate our overall health, not just our pants size.  When we are consistent in our healthy habits, we can change our attitudes, our outlook, our emotions, our confidence and more.  Thank you, Margaret, for this reminder.
