It's a good idea to have regular check ups/physicals with blood work from your family doctor.  Though it is "required" to participate...we know how life goes.  You get busy and keep telling yourself that you'll get around to making that appointment...then never do.  We encourage you do get 'er done!  This doctor visit may help identify any health issues that may have contributed to or resulted from poor health/weight gain such as;  thyroid problems, insulin resistance and diabetes.  Knowledge is power!  This knowledge could help you be more successful in your journey towards wellness.
