It's time for a LIFE CHANGE!!! (or a continuation of the changes you've already started)  We are so incredibly excited to get started this summer.  In most areas of the U.S. we are finally starting to see the grass again, can actually feel the warmth of the sun and all the colors seem a little more vibrant.  What a great time to start a new endevour, make realistic goals and look ahead to a more positive and healthful way to live.  Let's take our lead from the flowers by nourishing our lives with wholesome food and activity, then see how we bloom this season! 

Now that we're all excited and ready to take on the world, we'd like you to take a few things into consideration as we begin.  Though this challenge is based on common sense principles that lead to healthy living, please don't assume that means it will always be easy.  This is NOT a FAD diet and we don't recommend them or products that claim quick fixes.  In fact, we will freely discourage you from ever choosing that route.  Though success with those products may come quickly, they do not address the long-term habits necessary in order to have success for a lifetime.  Let us tell you, we've done them, a lot of them.  The weight always came back and resulted in more discouragement and more problems than it solved.  It's just not worth it!  

This is REAL LIFE!  There will be plateaus, there will likely be discouragement along the way, there may be life circumstance setbacks but there will also be lessons learned, habits developed and with the right attitude...joy to be found in the journey.  

Some changes toward healthy living, though simple, may feel overwhelming at times.  Don't let that discourage you too much.  Focus on your progress, not perfection!  If you are a first timer, it's likely that you won't be perfect every single day, but strive to be better than the day before.  If you find yourself not doing as well as you thought you might:  DON'T GIVE UP!!!  No matter where you are, you can always get better.  All is NOT lost!!  This challenge is NOT a practice of all or nothing.  Your body (and your families) need you to keep working little by little to make these principles lifelong habits.  YOU CAN DO THIS!!

Monday posts.  You will find people just like you, having success on different levels, some are of pounds lost, some of sizes down, but most are of a change of attitude, a change of perspective and a realization that they can do things they never thought they could!  We hope that you will share your successes with us as well so that all can benefit from your experience!

*  We will post the first week's Bonus in the right column.  You will need to login in order to access your competition's information, so this won't be available until you receive your welcome email.

We want to thank each of you for giving us the opportunity to share in your health success!  Believe us, we don't take that responsibility lightly.  We truly desire for you to acheive your goals, so if you're on a team, rely on them!!  If you find you're struggling with your team or as an individual please don't drop out and give up, contact us!!  We'll do our best to help support you and offer any tools we may have to help you along.

We can't wait to get to know our new participants and see those who are returning continue toward their end goals!!
